About the role

  • Manage daily activities of operational gangs.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to resolve on-site issues.
  • Review suspended/rejected jobs in the Work Management system.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of completed job data (labour, plant, materials, photos).
  • Schedule and coordinate emergency works.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Maximize resource productivity by reducing waste and operational costs.
