About the role
- Responsible for maintenance and reactive tasks across a region
- Conduct gas appliance servicing and inspections
- Perform diagnostics and planned preventive maintenance on high-capacity boilers
- Maintain gas interlock systems and ventilation installations
- Follow security protocols and assist with escorting duties
Requirements
- Currently registered with Gas Safe with commercial endorsements: CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/TPCP1A
- Competence in combustion control systems, ventilation interlocks, and pressure regulation
- NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing (desirable)
- Legionella awareness and compliance
- Full UK Driving License
- Basic Health and Safety understanding
- Basic IT skills
- Proven track record in commercial gas plant maintenance
- Ability to diagnose faults on gas appliances
- Knowledge of building maintenance and system compliance
