About the role
- Manage accident and incident reports.
- Conduct inspections of compounds and worksites (Days & Nights).
- Identify and resolve worksite hazards.
- Duty manage during possessions.
- Review construction documentation, including WPPs, TBS, SWP, and TW briefs.
- Deputise in the absence of your peers.
- Attendance at project logistics, deconfliction and whiteboard meetings.
- Chair evening project whiteboard briefings.
- Produce duty manager reports.
Requirements
- Bringing a positive approach that aligns with our goals and values.
- Leveraging your expertise in Conflict and Stakeholder Management to drive results.
- Applying strong knowledge and understanding of 019 standards
- Previous experience with Duty Management in complex rail work sites
- Experience in accidents and incidents first response – i.e. Kelvin TOPSET
- Knowledge and application of CDM 2015 regulations, Railway PC License requirements.
- Knowledge of PDSW processes to enhance efficiency and innovation in your role.
- SMSTS or equivalent - Essential
- PTS & COSS – Essential
- Willingness to work weekend and nights.
- Full UK Driving license
