About the role
- Work in a team, producing technically sound engineering solutions
- Preparation and checking of designs, calculations, drawings and documentation
- Take responsibility for the delivery of your activities within a scheme project and team portfolio
- Support effective health and safety practices within the team
- Experience with sustainability practices in engineering
- Contributing to the preparation of bids and general work-winning functions
Requirements
- Successful completion of a Degree Apprenticeship programme or an employer led early careers development programme
- Knowledge of structures design processes and procedures relevant to the civil engineering discipline
- Good competence with relevant software and similar analytical tools
- Basic understanding of CDM and risk assessment
- Experienced in following procedures associated with the management of health, safety and welfare,
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an appropriate subject
