About the role

  • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from scoping through execution and stabilization.
  • Develop project charters, roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Track KPIs and ensure delivery of targeted operational and financial benefits.
  • Define problem statements and clarify business requirements with stakeholders.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses, make-versus-buy assessments, and scenario modeling to support decision-making.
  • Translate business needs into structured requirements for technical and operational teams.
  • Map current-state processes and identify efficiency gaps.
  • Design future-state workflows aligned with business objectives.
  • Support change management and adoption planning.
  • Standardize processes across teams where applicable.
  • Collaborate with Digital Technology and system teams to support tool implementation and process automation initiatives.
  • Assist in defining system requirements and validating business functionality.
  • Ensure solutions align with operational and regulatory constraints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, transformation, or similar roles.
  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or regulated environments preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and business case development preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Proficiency in Excel and structured data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
