About the role
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Architect to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and standards.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that support long-term business objectives.
- Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including custom development, configurations, and integrations.
- Provide hands-on development using Salesforce technologies while guiding and mentoring the development team.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Design, develop, and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP, Finance platforms, and microservices-based applications.
- Ensure data integrity, performance, and security across integrated systems.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including:
- - Solution and design specifications
- - Deployment and release guides
- - System support and maintenance documentation
- Ensure Salesforce solutions align with and enhance the company’s business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and performance improvements.
- Proactively recommend enhancements to maximize the value of Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Perform code reviews to ensure high code quality, consistency, and appropriate use of design patterns.
- Enforce development standards and contribute to continuous improvement of the development lifecycle.
- Work closely with business teams, stakeholders, developers, and IT professionals.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for Salesforce-related initiatives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with the Salesforce CRM platform, including architecture, modules, and best practices.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Salesforce Revenue Cloud (required).
- Proven ability to design and deliver complex Salesforce solutions end to end.
- Proficiency in: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Lightning Components, SOQL, Salesforce development tools and methodologies
- Experience developing and managing integrations with ERP, Finance, and microservices-based systems.
- Strong ability to gather, present, and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Billing is an asset
