About the role
- Oversee daily operations across veterinary hospitals to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and develop strategic initiatives.
- Manage and mentor department managers and operational staff.
- Develop and manage operational budgets and monitor expenses.
- Evaluate workflows to improve operational efficiency and enforce compliance.
Requirements
- At least 75% travel required, including occasional overnight stays.
- Strong people leader and hands-on problem solver.
- Ability to coach teams and drive results.
- Experience overseeing veterinary hospital operations is preferred.
