About the role

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining endpoint solutions for Ameris Bank employees.
  • Focus on device lifecycle management, endpoint security, and user experience optimization.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows, macOS, and mobile endpoints using enterprise tools.
  • Automate provisioning workflows and patch management.
  • Implement and monitor endpoint security policies including encryption and antivirus.
  • Collaborate with the End User Services team to deliver service during deployments.
  • Provide Tier-3 support for complex endpoint issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in endpoint engineering or device management roles required.
  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field required.
