About the role
- Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports
- Assign travel location and duration
- Develop methods to measure and report on department performance
- Partner closely with field leadership members during the planning and execution of onboarding

Requirements
- High school or GED
- Previous experience with onboarding of experienced advisor recruits including onsite management of the onboarding
- Knowledge of the Ameriprise field organization
