About the role
- Lead on-boarding and implementation for internal Ameriprise Personal Wealth Group acquisitions
- Manage relationships throughout onboarding
- Customize the implementation plan and track key program milestones
- Escalate any non-standard requests to senior management
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding and hiring process
- Partner with the transition management team
- Set clear advisor expectations upfront
- Lead on-site support for all pre- and post-conversion activities
- Provide strategic analysis of onboarding process
- Manage, track and analyze key success metrics and trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5-10 years relevant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational/time management skills
- Detail oriented.
- Proficient with standard business software applications.
- FINRA Series 7, 63/66, 65/66 (preferred)
