About the role
- Deliver a consistent and personalized experience resolving complex inquiries
- Build strong relationships with internal business partners
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance the client and advisor experience
- Serve as the main point of contact for escalated or complex questions
- Provide branch and practice level consultation as identified or requested
- Understand complex client letter requests and compose correspondence
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- FINRA Series 7
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence at all leadership levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong professional presence and emotional competence
