Provide strategic and operational leadership to strengthen financial governance
Guide AWM planning cycles
Oversee initiative setup, monthly portfolio reconciliation, annual planning processes
Manage resource stewardship to ensure organizational readiness and alignment
Partner closely with Finance, Business Planning & Analysis, Controllership, and business owners
Drive disciplined financial governance
Support Program and Field Implementation leaders
Monitor new Tier 1 initiative ideas and submissions
Recommend and implement process improvements
Champion best-practice capabilities across practitioner communities
Consult and coach senior leaders and project resources

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
6+ years of relevant experience required
4+ years of successful track record with high comfort level in managing transformational initiatives, change management and financial management
Ability to navigate stakeholder relationships and work effectively across organizational boundaries
Strong leadership, analytical and relationship management skills
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain technical information in non-technical language to drive progress
Experience with OnePlan PMP, ITIL certifications
