Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4-years)
- 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Active FINRA Series 7
- Active FINRA Series 24, or S9/10
- Active State Securities Agent Registration (S63 or S66)
- Active IAR Registration (S65 or S66)
- Active Life and Variable Contracts insurance licenses
- Self-driven and achievement oriented
- Ability to execute a predefined playbook to drive results
- Strong presentation skills and executive presence
- P&L expense management and ability to analyze data and reports
- Proven leadership skills
