About the role
- Execute the EAR project play book and ensure successful onboarding of new EAR advisors
- Serve as the main point of contact for escalated questions
- Provide branch level consultation as identified
- Develop and maintain relationships with field leaders and recruits
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent (4-years)
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Ameriprise Brokerage Platform products and systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
