About the role

  • The selected individual will be charged with the growth and expansion of our national agent footprint through a telephone recruiting campaign.
  • If you thrive on achieving goals, have exceptional phone skills and possess high energy, then this position is for you!
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for the recruiting of new Medicare, Health & Life insurance agents.

Requirements

  • Recruit agents via phone to either get contracted or move their existing contract to our firm
  • Cold calling skills and ability to have pinpointed follow-up skills are key
  • Ability to build value quickly and set appointments for further conversations with MCC sales staff
  • Achieve benchmark goals/quotas
  • Self-motivated and energetic
  • Effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills
  • Highly productive while unsupervised
  • Work collaboratively and efficiently as a team member
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Outlook, and Google Sheets
  • Preference given to candidates with Medicare & Health Insurance industry experience
