Senior Director, Underwriting

Manager

• Lead, supervise and manage the daily pipeline of loans assigned to the team
• Provide guidance to staff to assist with expectations, pipeline reviews, and communicate frequently with Loan Processing and Underwriting departments as well as with the Sales team
• Ensure quality and compliance of documents and funding associates with company policies, procedures, and investor guidelines
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of company and regulatory changes that affect the funding process
• Demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of mortgage, closing and funding guidelines
• Assist in development and implementation of formal and informal training programs
• Develop and maintain clear guidelines of department workflow

• Monitor and improve processing workflows and enforce pipeline/file flow timelines
