Underwriter

• Management of offshore underwriting resources
• Comprehensive review of income, credit, liabilities, and assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to agency and company guidelines
• Ensure high quality underwriting production and alignment with AmeriHome/Western Alliance Bank policies and service expectations
• Hands-on management, prioritizing assignments, and ability to work with a large team of staff members
• Understand and adhere to the Bank's policies and procedures, and all laws, rules, regulatory and compliance regulations

Underwriting Supervisor

• responsible for the leadership and management of a team of underwriters to achieve the Company’s production and quality goals

Graphics Designer

• Design, create, and manage graphics for omni-channel marketing
• Track and execute all routine marketing updates on company and partner websites
• Produce graphics and optimize company branding and campaigns
• Build a strong foundation of knowledge and skills in mortgage marketing
• Create sales and marketing collateral
• Develop routines to maintain a fresh look for collateral inventory
• Collaborate with team members to execute design projects from conception to completion

Junior Graphic Designer

Compliance

• support the Director to advocate for borrowers across all lines of business
• responsible for timely and accurate review of complaints
• auditing monthly complaint quality, sub-servicer functions, and internal complaint operations
• evaluate complaint documentation and records for adherence to and compliance with procedures and applicable regulatory requirements
• conduct quality control reviews of internal complaint operations’ primary processes
• reviews and audits consumer complaints received and responded to by servicers or internal AmeriHome departments
• identify discrepancies and opportunities for process improvement through root cause analysis of complaints and analysis of audit findings, management reports, and discussions with servicers
• alert appropriate management levels and internal departments to problems identified during routine quality reviews
• prepare and submit various weekly and monthly reports for management review
• compile and categorize data used for monthly operational metrics
• prepare audit findings reports for use internally as well as to communicate any findings
• create effective quality control and auditing policies and procedures as needed
• evaluate complaint remediation performance using a variety of tools such as scorecards, servicer management reports, and findings trend analysis
• supports the department to ensures that borrower escalations/complaints are handled within corporate and regulatory guidelines.

Quality and Compliance Manager

• Oversee daily underwriting operations, including pipeline management and escalations
• Work with cross-functional teams (sales/originations, processing) to support underwriting decisions and improve processes
• Mentor underwriter team and contribute to training performance
• Responsible for overseeing a team of quality control Underwriters that perform quality checks and reviews to ensure loans purchased are of high quality and meet the Bank's standards and guidelines
• Quality reviews include re-underwriting of loans to validate income, debts, loan to value and other key data elements
• Oversee and manage third party vendors that perform underwriting and compliance reviews, to ensure good work quality and timelines are met
• Manage pipelines to deliver on established SLA's, and exceed customer expectations
• Review and approve exception requests and scenarios, decision will be based on strong compensating factors
• Ensure responses are timely
• Review and approve customized guidelines submitted by customers
• Perform market analysis and comparisons
• Present recommendations to senior managers and sales team
• Provide process improvement recommendations that will streamline our processes and improve the customer experience
