About the role
- Own the rolling demand forecast across all channels and regions
- Monitor weekly sales trends and identify early shifts in demand
- Partner closely with Sales to identify emerging trends
- Adjust forecasts based on promotions, velocity changes, and expansion plans
- Determine reorder timing and quantities
- Draft and validate purchase orders for leadership approval
- Monitor weeks of cover, service levels, and inventory turns
- Build and refine forecasting models and planning tools
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or a related field
- 2+ years of leadership experience to mentor and manage a team
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and software
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
