About the role
- Plan the budgeting for credit products.
- Credit and Collections MIS (Management Information System).
- Manage portfolios and provisions.
- Set collection targets.
- Manage portfolio.
- Manage pricing strategy for credit products.
- Monitor the performance of profitability strategies, reporting and KPIs to support decision-making and identify deviations.
Requirements
- Experience managing a team
- Prior experience analyzing metrics for credit products in financial institutions or retail
- Experience creating and managing results dashboards and performance indicators
- Ability to identify process optimization opportunities
- Experience with database tools
- Ability to build diagnostic analyses (growth, trends, behaviors)
- Experience preparing executive materials to support company decision-making.
