About the role
- Provide general HR support for managers and leaders based in the U.S.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive Human Resources and business initiatives.
- Ensure smooth execution of Human Resource processes.
- Create a consistent employee experience across American Tower’s global organization.
- Collaborate with corporate Human Resources functions such as HRIT and Compensation to support annual processes (e.g., performance and compensation cycles).
- Serve as a point of contact for employees on a wide range of topics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- A minimum of 4 years of Human Resources experience in an office environment with at least 2 years in employee relations, advising leaders on performance management, and talent development.
- Experience supporting employees located in multiple locations preferred.
- Approximately 10% travel may be required in support of the position’s responsibilities.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
- Proficiency utilizing MS Office applications to communicate information with a particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Fusion HR or other Human Capital Management platform.
