About the role
- Lead a team to develop and drive scalability.
- Drive efficiency through IT systems, automation, etc.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Manage key operational programs and initiatives with internal and external customers.
- Evaluate current systems, process, and tools periodically and identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness.
- Lead high impact cross-functional initiatives, partnering with key stakeholders.
- Establish effective reporting to measure progress on key programs and initiatives against plans.
- Manage and support the evolution of systems and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a concentration in Business, Computer Science, or other technical discipline preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of industry experience required.
- Experience in a wireless, IT, or similar technical telecommunications environment preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing large scale, complex projects and/or programs preferred.
- Strong leadership skills; ability to drive and motivate a team to achieve results.
- Strong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for yourself and a team to meet requirements and deadlines; ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively and professionally with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to collaborate and work effectively with others.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas concisely, clearly, and effectively.
- Ability to effectively analyze data and prepare creative and insightful presentations.
- Sound financial analysis and budgeting skills, with overall financial acumen and fiscal reasonability.
- Ability to create and refine business processes and procedures.
- Approximately 5% travel may be required to support the position’s responsibilities.
