About the role

  • Oversee multi-site management and integrates business process activities within their territory to deliver safe, cost-effective performance with a customer-centric approach.
  • Responsible for ensuring profitable inventory and operations.
  • Collaborate closely with Field Leadership and coach General Managers to achieve performance goals.
  • Execute and deploy supply chain initiatives to drive continuous improvement across the region.
  • Ensure adherence to EHS policies and procedures to create a safe and secure environment.
  • Establish and maintain a presence at all assigned DCs to ensure performance meets and exceeds standards.
  • Manage overall cost of end-to-end P&L for assigned DCs.
  • Manage regional operations controlling inventory accuracy, product movement, warehouse operations, fleet operations, and on-time delivery performance.
