About the role
- Design, develop, document, test and debug software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions for aircraft autopilots and associated avionics
- Ensure software standards are met
- Confer with systems engineers, aerospace engineers, developers and others to design systems and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces
- Develop software using C/C++ and the Qt framework
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience in the field of aircraft avionics
- Minimum of 1 year experience with C/C++ and Qt
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- Understand the process of requirements development
- Use of Helix in requirements development is preferred
