About the role
- Manage Emergency and Urgent Depot Level Maintenance responses for critical outages or mission-impacting failures
- Coordinate troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Implement rapid recovery actions, track and report status, and prepare plans of action
- Ensure process compliance, lead all associated documentation, and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement and operational readiness
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Emergency and Urgent Depot Level Maintenance management
- Bachelor's in IT, Cyber, CS, IS, Data Science, or SW Engineering OR equivalent DoD/Military training
- Top Secret/SCI clearance
- CCE, CCISO, CISM, CISSO, CISSP, DAWIA PM Advanced, GFACT, or GSLC certification
