About the role
- Support workforce expansion efforts by strengthening outreach, recruitment strategy, and market analysis initiatives.
- Identify, attract, and engage qualified healthcare contractors.
- Conduct targeted outreach to healthcare professionals and contractor networks.
- Develop and maintain a Healthcare Contractor Recruitment Guide.
- Perform salary benchmarking and market analysis.
- Develop and execute a recruitment strategy plan to meet current and projected needs.
- Track key recruitment metrics and collaborate cross-functionally.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Business, Public Health, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic research and data analysis skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to travel to attend meetings in person 10-20%.
