About the role
- Develop partnerships with African American current and potential blood drive coordinators
- Grow diverse blood collection targets for area blood drives
- Collaborate with diverse volunteers
- Engage in outside sales as a Sickle Cell Account Manager
- Work closely within a team to make a positive community impact
- Travel to sites throughout the Red Cross organization as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum one-year related experience required or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
- Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, including training and presentation skills
- A current valid driver's license and good driving record
