About the role
- Manage Salesforce configuration including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).
- Develop and optimize dashboards, reports, custom objects, and fields.
- Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Manage system upgrades, releases, and integrations with other business applications.
- Provide ongoing support and training for Salesforce users to increase adoption and efficiency.
- Support yearly and monthly budget / forecast reporting needs for the commercial team, updating systems as required
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards that provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting, customer segmentation, and KPI tracking.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to support strategic planning and regional performance reviews.
- Create standardized and ad-hoc reports to support leadership needs.
- Build data models and analytics processes that ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong proficiency with Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard development.
- Solid understanding of sales processes (pipeline management, forecasting, account management, lead/opportunity lifecycle).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce Flow (builder) and advanced automation.
- Experience with additional Salesforce tools (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages.
- Experience supporting Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Customer Experience functions.
- Experience with data governance and system integration.
