Supply Chain

• Intake of customer orders via email or phone
• Daily inventorying of all plants in territory
• Daily communication and coordination with Sales staff
• Coordination of all deliveries to customer sites
• Daily communication with trucking companies in territory
• Develop and build relationships with existing and new trucking companies
• Request and record freight rates for customer deliveries
• Load setup and coordination in logistics systems (Salesforce, Transwide, SAP)
• Movements of materials to secondary processors
• Coordination and movement of materials into and out of Mintek storage facilities
• Sample management and data entry

Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator

Engineer

• Ensure availability for field or remote response to automation failures or improvements.
• Conduct structured evaluation and escalation.
• Propose and drive corrective actions.
• Propose technical solutions for EIA projects.
• Conduct technical and safety reviews.
• Perform design, specification, cost and schedule estimation, proposals evaluation, and acceptance of supplier/contractor documentation.
• Support purchasing with EIA suppliers/contractors’ strategy & selection, contracts execution & control; and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate factory and on-site activities.
• Provide technical guidance.
• Ensure quality & quantity control, and acceptance of EIA works.
• Conduct field inspections, testing, and configuration (including VFDs, instrumentation, networks, PLC/SCADA…).
• Support process teams with hot commissioning.
• Handover documentation.
• Train operators and maintenance staff.
• Develop, administer, and maintain tools and applications (incl. ticketing, asset management & monitoring, access services, databases, documentation, etc.).
• Monitor cash flow and working capital drivers (AR, AP, inventories).
• Support initiatives to optimize liquidity and working capital efficiency.
• Manage Accounting and Controlling teams, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, skill development, and clear performance expectations.
• Ensure robust succession planning and workload allocation.
• Promote the effective use of various financial tools (SAP, Tagetik, PBI, etc.).
• Standardize financial and administrative processes across the Area.
• Drive automation, simplification and harmonization.
• Act as a Business Partner to Area leadership and support strategic decision making.
• Coordinate with Group Finance functions (Controlling, Tax, Treasury, FP&A).
• Lead or support integration of new entities (M&A, carve-out).
