• Understand customer needs and plant balance across Carmeuse sites
• Gain insight into products, applications, and go-to-market strategies

• Attend job site and operations tours
• Learn the quoting process and develop pricing/margin competency
• Build relationships through call planning and coaching
• Become a Salesforce super user and gain reporting experience
• Develop forecasting skills and understand forecasting processes
• Learn territory strategy, key accounts, and call planning
• Participate in relationship building activities with clients and internal teams
• Gain exposure to quoting processes and projects
• Contribute to sales efforts through field experience
• Report to the Manager of Sales Operations and rotate across key functional areas
