About the role
- You will oversee the creation of vision and strategies, along with business application and modeling framework for new datasets and discovers insights and relationships from large/complex datasets.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and application of state-of-the art scientific solutions for addressing business questions.
- Manage the delivery of research findings to cross functional partners to help manage our performance and operations.
- You will lead the exploration of data using a variety of advanced techniques to identify relationships, create insights and answer business questions or guide future model development.
- You will oversee the build of hypotheses and identification of research attributes to determine the best approach to address business issues.
- Provide senior level support in the area of strategic analytics, to identify business opportunities, and optimize our performance.
- You will create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by promoting trust, transparency, and inclusion as well as work with team members to set clear goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support ongoing development.
- Lead with influence and expertise. Contribute to division or department leadership team. Communicate and support organization mission, vision, values and practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills.
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing complex projects and effectively leading interdisciplinary teams to accomplish project goals.
- Demonstrated experience formulating, approaching, and solving complex analytical problems using a quantitative, scientific approach.
- Demonstrated experience working with business clients and partnering with team members to create solutions.
- Demonstrated experience communicating business possible effects of complex data relationships and results of statistical models to multiple business partners.
- Demonstrated experience in machine learning, predictive modeling, or statistics / data mining using large amounts of structured, semi structured, and unstructured data.
- Demonstrated experience managing in an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated experience using analytically oriented languages such as Python or R.
- Demonstrated experience working with large, complex datasets using big data technologies and script languages such as Python, Java, or C/C++.
