About the role
- Report to the Customer Service Manager as the first contact for customers regarding service issues and account information.
- Communicate with customers to research questions and resolve higher-level problems.
- Work primarily from home, spending 80% of time remote.
- Participate in a week of training that includes in-person onboarding.
- Develop an understanding of systems and procedures to educate clients and advisors.
Requirements
- Demonstrate experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and identify and resolve root cause issues.
- Property and Casualty Producer license strongly preferred but not required.
