💰 $25 - $32 per hour

About the role

  • Report to the Customer Service Manager as the first contact for customers regarding service issues and account information.
  • Communicate with customers to research questions and resolve higher-level problems.
  • Work primarily from home, spending 80% of time remote.
  • Participate in a week of training that includes in-person onboarding.
  • Develop an understanding of systems and procedures to educate clients and advisors.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
  • Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and identify and resolve root cause issues.
  • Property and Casualty Producer license strongly preferred but not required.
