About the role
- Review the results of trade support services (outsourced operations) activities against established service level standards.
- Oversee the setup security master file set-ups, standard wettlement instruction entry, counterparty configuration input, start-of-day processing results, cash and position reconciliation output, data loads and other activities.
- Review start of day processing results to ensure all inputs have processed and are reasonable.
- Perform end of day review to ensure all transactions are confirmed.
- Confirm external manager data has loaded and address and report any issues.
- Source and maintain broker, trade routing and standing settlement instructions.
- Participate in projects and compliance-related activities.
Requirements
- Familiarity with AI process improvements and automation a plus.
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Demonstrated of financial services operations experience within an insurance company, asset manager, bank, or related industry firm.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office products and investment administration/operation systems.
- Extensive knowledge of cash management concepts.
