About the role
- Lead a high-performing team of solution architects
- Drive consistency in architectural processes and documentation
- Define and drive the architectural vision and strategy for enterprise systems
- Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices
- Partner with Product Managers to align architectural initiatives with business requirements
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a solution architecture role, with a proven track record of designing complex enterprise systems
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing a team of technical professionals
- Extensive experience with the integration of back-office systems
- Experience in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Salesforce platform
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) systems and principles
- Experience with API management and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Apigee)
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies
