About the role
- Manage global account(s) operating in multiple POS
- Act as the client’s lead Global Account Manager
- Collaborate with local account manager to aggregate and deliver data from all POS
- Identify and support global process and offerings in other Egencia markets
- Deliver regular Business Reviews to clients
- Provide analysis and deliver recommendations to drive program adoption
Requirements
- Experience building client relationships in a commercial B2B account / portfolio management environment
- Preferably come from a travel, technology, or SaaS background
- Strong working knowledge of the Americas including Latin America, EMEA & APAC regions, culture, and business protocol
- Ability to build relationships through mutual trust, respect and understanding
- Self-motivated with demonstrated strengths managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional negotiating and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
