About the role

  • Lead communications and strategy with clients and partners
  • Own the business review and account plan for each client
  • Lead client retention by developing strategic business growth plans
  • Design and deliver strategies for travel program spend and technology roadmap
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business needs
  • Use travel industry insights to find opportunities to improve
  • Implement new business and lead client onboarding, product implementation, maintenance, and training

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B business development and sales
  • Travel industry knowledge
  • Expert problem solver
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation
  • Financial foresight
  • Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Collaborative approach; able to work well with global teams
  • Skills in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience using the Challenger model
