About the role

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for assigned products
  • Support the execution of product strategy and roadmap initiatives
  • Act as an analytic product analyst, providing flexible support
  • Partner with technology and data teams to ensure product requirements are defined
  • Provide product and data support, troubleshooting issues
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and data quality validation
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including KPIs
  • Deliver product training and consultative guidance on product usage
  • Recommend reports, dashboards, analytics, and KPIs based on customer requirements
  • Ensure product consistency, standardization, and quality

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in product or data analyst related role
  • Passionate about data analytics, technology and/or travel
  • Self-motivated and results oriented
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence for product documentation
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software, AI, SQL & ThoughtSpot proficiency would be a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
