- A data driven, commercially focussed individual who understands Amex GBT’s key profitability drivers
- Proven innovative problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Shown success and demonstrable positive results in a client management/project management role
- The ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate key product and value proposition knowledge
- Ability to demonstrate tenacity and resilience in managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills, including the ability to handle objections and achieve mutually beneficial solutions
- Demonstrated ability to proactively build and maintain a comprehensive network, both internally and externally
- Strong communication and presentation skills
