About the role

  • Serve as account owner and strategic liaison between clients and internal partners
  • Own and maintain comprehensive business reviews and account plans for assigned portfolio
  • Develop and implement strategic business growth plans for each account
  • Lead the design and execution of Travel Program Spend Strategy and Technology Road Map
  • Conduct bi-annual strategy sessions with business partners
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts
  • Interpret overall T&E compliance and leakage reports
  • Oversee client onboarding, product implementation, training, and ongoing maintenance

  • Confirmed experience in B2B business development and sales
  • Travel industry knowledge

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation

  • Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Experience working in a remote environment with global teams
