About the role
- Serve as account owner and strategic liaison between clients and internal partners
- Own and maintain comprehensive business reviews and account plans for assigned portfolio
- Develop and implement strategic business growth plans for each account
- Lead the design and execution of Travel Program Spend Strategy and Technology Road Map
- Conduct bi-annual strategy sessions with business partners
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Interpret overall T&E compliance and leakage reports
- Oversee client onboarding, product implementation, training, and ongoing maintenance
Requirements
- Confirmed experience in B2B business development and sales
- Travel industry knowledge
- Expert problem solver
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation
- Financial foresight
- Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Experience working in a remote environment with global teams
- Skills in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite
