About the role

  • Global point person for all client items
  • Develop strong partnership with the client
  • Collaborate with the Director of Global Operations to resolve operational issues

Requirements

  • Ability to identify business opportunities
  • Optimize customer experience and provide customer value
  • Proven ability to deliver a data-driven, analytical approach in a consultative manner
