About the role
- Global point person for all client items
- Develop strong partnership with the client
- Collaborate with the Director of Global Operations to resolve operational issues
- Employ a consultative approach to drive partnership value
- Deliver value to the client through comprehensive industry understanding
- Proactively recognize risks to the partnership and coordinate mitigating actions
- Influence key client decision makers through effective communication
- Collaborate with clients to develop and administer business/project plans and initiatives
- Lead annual/quarterly global business reviews
Requirements
- 5-10 years of global account/client management experience in the travel industry
- Extensive customer/client facing experience globally
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to drive results
- Strong influencing and consultative skills
- Change management ability
- Proficient in learning new technology and strategic account planning
- Ability to identify business opportunities
- Optimize customer experience and provide customer value
- Proven ability to deliver a data-driven, analytical approach in a consultative manner
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proven executive level presentation skills
