Account Manager

• Partner with Sales to manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships across multiple levels within customer organizations.
• Lead QBRs and business reviews using internal data and market insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage the full bid lifecycle in coordination with the pricing team, including RFPs, rate negotiations, and contract implementation.
• Work with operations to establish and maintain SOPs and customer-specific KPIs.
• Maintain a working knowledge of account-level execution and step into load coverage when required.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, maintaining a high standard of communication and service.
