About the role
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for SCS and MHM across targeted industrial segments
- Lead the full sales process, including discovery, product demonstrations, proposals, and deal closure
- Engage customers in technical and value-based discussions around Industrial IoT and condition monitoring
- Support pilot programs and help convert pilots into paid subscription deployments
- Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and leadership teams to ensure successful customer onboarding
- Contribute market feedback to help refine messaging, positioning, and pricing over time
- Represent NorLink Solutions at select trade shows, industry events, and customer sites
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in industrial, technical, or SaaS-related markets
- Brings technical credibility and can explain hardware-enabled SaaS solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple customer decision-makers
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and taking initiative in a new product environment
- Strong internal drive and sense of ownership for outcomes
- Experience with Industrial IoT, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or industrial equipment markets is strongly preferred
