About the role

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for SCS and MHM across targeted industrial segments
  • Lead the full sales process, including discovery, product demonstrations, proposals, and deal closure
  • Engage customers in technical and value-based discussions around Industrial IoT and condition monitoring
  • Support pilot programs and help convert pilots into paid subscription deployments
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and leadership teams to ensure successful customer onboarding
  • Contribute market feedback to help refine messaging, positioning, and pricing over time
  • Represent NorLink Solutions at select trade shows, industry events, and customer sites

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in industrial, technical, or SaaS-related markets
  • Brings technical credibility and can explain hardware-enabled SaaS solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple customer decision-makers
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and taking initiative in a new product environment
  • Strong internal drive and sense of ownership for outcomes
  • Experience with Industrial IoT, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or industrial equipment markets is strongly preferred
