About the role
- Develop, implement, and oversee programs that promote ethical behavior and integrity.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct, values, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and update the Code of Conduct and other Ethics-related policies.
- Develop and deliver Ethics training for employees at all levels.
- Manage investigations into potential ethical violations and prepare reports for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in ethics, compliance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- Proven track record of managing ethics programs and investigations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and drive cultural change across diverse teams.
