About the role

  • Serve as Ameresco’s primary point of contact for MHPI partners at the Director and Regional leadership level.
  • Maintain executive-level engagement with MHPI ownership and operating partners.
  • Own customer relationship health and serve as the escalation point for cross-functional issues.
  • Coordinate with Ameresco Development, Engineering, Construction, and O&M teams.
  • Translate MHPI operational realities into actionable delivery guidance.
  • Support transitions from development and construction into steady-state operations.
  • Identify and resolve early indicators of operational friction.
  • Lead structured issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive consistency across Ameresco’s MHPI engagements.
  • Provide leadership through influence and executive credibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in military housing, privatized housing, or large-scale residential operations
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with regional or portfolio-level MHPI leadership
  • Strong understanding of development, construction, and operations integration
