About the role
- Serve as Ameresco’s primary point of contact for MHPI partners at the Director and Regional leadership level.
- Maintain executive-level engagement with MHPI ownership and operating partners.
- Own customer relationship health and serve as the escalation point for cross-functional issues.
- Coordinate with Ameresco Development, Engineering, Construction, and O&M teams.
- Translate MHPI operational realities into actionable delivery guidance.
- Support transitions from development and construction into steady-state operations.
- Identify and resolve early indicators of operational friction.
- Lead structured issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive consistency across Ameresco’s MHPI engagements.
- Provide leadership through influence and executive credibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in military housing, privatized housing, or large-scale residential operations
- Demonstrated experience interfacing with regional or portfolio-level MHPI leadership
- Strong understanding of development, construction, and operations integration
