About the role
- taking a lead role in the development of the appropriate and proportionate safety case including Nuclear, Product, Construction, Process and HSE
- ensuring technical quality and excellence of your work
- regular communication with clients and other design team members and participation in Design Reviews, HAZOPs, HAZCONs, SHERAs and stakeholder meetings
- contributing to the development of designs for complex facilities, systems and equipment
- adherence and contribution to business and quality management systems
- operational and design safety, and developing good safety culture
Requirements
- extensive experience in the development of safety justification for nuclear infrastructure
- similar safety case experience within high hazard industries
- significant nuclear defence industry experience
