About the role

  • Support our global Sales team with administrative and operational tasks, and in organizing, planning, and implementing sales strategies
  • Manage the preparation, processing, and follow-up of opportunities and orders to ensure seamless sales operations
  • Identify and capitalize on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and statistics; coordinate training sessions and meetings
  • Collaborate with the Head of Inside Sales EMEA by analyzing data with an entrepreneurial mindset and providing actionable insights
  • Serve as a liaison between Account Managers, Professional Services, the Order Fulfillment Center, Product Management, and other related departments
  • Maintain and manage data in the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring accurate handling of customer records, prospects, and opportunities
  • Support and participate in workshops and trade shows to increase company visibility and engage with clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing software subscription renewals
  • Proven experience in upselling and cross-selling software products
  • Strong ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional, collaborative environments
  • Professional presence with excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Solution- and process-oriented, analytical mindset with high self-motivation and a willingness to continuously learn and implement innovations
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI technologies to improve efficiency, analysis, and overall performance
  • Business-fluent in German and English
