About the role
- Manage a book of business while identifying and executing plans aimed at annual sales growth.
- Help support lead generation team in outbound and inbound initiatives with goal of increasing pipeline and winning new business.
- Demonstrate an ability to learn new products and processes.
- Manage and nurture warm leads to build new business relationships while growing the sales pipeline.
- Resolve customer issues that may arise and facilitate recommendations to other internal departments for resolution.
- Educate customers on all Amcor RPSNA products and innovation to create awareness and demand.
- Proactively use CRM tools to drive business results and manage performance.
- Demonstrate a coachable attitude and remain accountable through all key business metrics.
- Travel of 5-10% to support customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related degree is required
- 0-3 years Sales Experience is preferred
- Must possess excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to travel is required
- A valid driver’s license issued in the United States is required
- Completion of school-sponsored selling skills program preferred
- Strong track record of academic and other successes preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and/or participation in campus/community activities preferred
