About the role
- Ensure internal alignment and consistent execution of the department's projects.
- Lead, develop, and engage the team, promoting a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
- Define and monitor KPIs, ensuring high performance and continuous team development.
- Establish and maintain relationships with national and international partners, government bodies, and chambers of commerce.
- Conduct high-level negotiations and lead the sale and structuring of international projects.
- Supervise departmental projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and delivery quality are met.
- Manage the department's budget and financial targets, ensuring efficiency and sustainable growth.
- Make strategic, data-driven decisions to strengthen international relationships and connections.
- Propose innovative initiatives and new products/services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields.
- Solid experience in international business, partnership development, and strategic management.
- Experience in team leadership and management.
- Experience in high-level negotiation and institutional relations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance management using KPIs.
- Fluency in English.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, with three days per week on-site.
