About the role

  • Be responsible for dealing with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Manage product roadmaps, prioritize development efforts, and ensure smooth execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure the solutions are fully compliant, secure, and trusted by users and partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with the crypto market in the U.S., with knowledge about cryptocurrency regulations.
  • Experience with traditional payment methods and infrastructure, including ACH transfers, wire transfers, etc.
  • Understanding about fiat rails (ACH, Wire, etc.).
  • Experience with agile product development methodologies, managing product roadmaps, user story creation, and cross-functional team coordination.
  • Experience with user research and customer feedback analysis, conducting market research, user interviews, usability testing, and translating insights into product requirements.
  • Experience with stakeholder management across compliance, engineering, design, and business teams.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • English proficiency is required (C1/C2).
