About the role

  • Operations & CEO support
  • Workflow automation using appropriate tools (e.g., n8n)
  • Coordination of our iterative workflow with Jira or similar tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience
  • 2–4 years of experience (operations, consulting, startup/scale-up)
  • Excellent writing skills in German and English — precise, persuasive, and error-free
  • Hands-on and structured — you take initiative and proactively implement automation
  • Demonstrable expertise in AI, tolling, transportation, or logistics
  • AI tools: daily use of ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity
  • Automation: ideally n8n, Zapier, or Make
  • Standard tools: Jira, spreadsheets (including formulas), Notion/Asana, Google Workspace
  • Nice to have: CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive), Apps Script, basic Python
  • Organizational talent — you keep track of complex projects
  • Strong communication skills — confident in customer interactions
  • Self-starter — you identify needs and take action
