Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing with exposure to social media, influencer, and community management
- Excellent written and spoken German and fluent English
- Experience independently developing and executing social media strategies as well as content and campaign formats
- Analytical, data-driven working style with routine in handling KPIs, reporting, and performance optimization
- Strong communication skills and a confident sense for tone, storytelling, and audience-appropriate messaging
- Open-mindedness towards new formats and trends in the social media landscape
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., for content ideation, text variations, analysis, or structuring)
- Basic understanding of promotion and distribution mechanics in social media
