About the role

Shape Local Strategies: Work with the team to design and implement marketing and outreach plans tailored to your markets.
Grow Our Community: Develop and lead strategies to reach new medical students, doctors, and institutions, helping them discover and benefit from our platform.
Build Partnerships: Connect with medical associations, universities, and student organizations to create collaborations that expand access and awareness.
Lead key Campaigns: Help plan and run regional campaigns, roadshows, events, and webinars that engage and inspire the medical community.

You must be a licensed medical doctor (physician) in Latin America;
You must be a native Spanish speaker and fluency in English (C1/C2);
In-depth understanding of the Mexican medical education system, especially ENARM
Effective communication skills in ES and EN - both internally and externally, coupled with strong presentation abilities
Results-oriented - make changes based on qualitative feedback from key opinion leaders and quantitative KPIs
Creativity and innovative thinking - approaching projects from a unique perspective to come up with fresh, original ideas.
Exceptional writing abilities - crafting compelling copy that captivates audiences, with a mastery of grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.
