About the role
- Train team members in Agile practices and inspire them with the values of the Agile philosophy
- Be the “coordinator” of Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices, helping teams find their own rhythm
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, PMs, and clients—all working together to create outstanding projects
- Set up workshops, retrospectives, and interactive sessions to turn continuous improvement into a real experience
- Constantly look for ways to make things faster, smarter, and more fun by improving our internal processes and by increasing collaboration, communication and transparency
- Act as the connecting link for the team, ensuring communication and mutual support while delivering value to our clients
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or any other relevant degree
- 1-2+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in software projects
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and having fully embraced the Agile mindset
- Ability to inspire and train teams—coaching is in your DNA
- You see opportunities for improvement everywhere and bring solutions that make a real difference
- Strong communication skills, customer-centric, and ability to manage multiple priorities (we operate in a fast-paced environment!)
- Experience with JIRA
- Certifications in Agile/SCRUM
